Ben is a founding partner at Carter Dickens Lawyers. Ben holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia. After undertaking his articles of clerkship through 2012, Ben was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2013.
In 2015 he graduated with a Masters of Law from the College of Law University. In 2017, he was admitted as a practitioner of the High Court of Australia. Ben has experience in estates law, family law, criminal law and digital asset law. He has a particular interest in estate planning matters. Ben is also a recognised authority on Bitcoin law in Australia.
Ben acts or has acted as a board member and legal counsel for private companies and Not-for-Profit organisations. He has served on committee and provided seminars to the legal profession for the Law Society and other groups.
