Jack Parkinson

Jack holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. As part of his studies, Jack also obtained a Certificate in Business Skills. Jack was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 2 September 2022.

Joining Carter Dickens Lawyers as a volunteer law clerk during his studies, Jack soon gained experience in a vast range of legal practice areas. Jack has a particular interest in criminal matters, restraining orders, family law property and parenting matters, estates and conveyancing.

The specific needs and desired outcomes of his clients are Jack’s top priorities. He prides himself on offering a personalised service whereby his advice is tailored to the client’s specific circumstances and expectations.

Jack likes to think outside the box when assisting his clients resolve their legal matters. He understands the value of time and money and aims to assist clients in the most effective way possible to ensure the process is smooth-sailing at an already difficult time in their life.
