Brandon Staltari

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) which was obtained at Edith Cowan University. In 2021, Brandon undertook his Practical Legal Training completing his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Certificate in Business Skills with the College of Law.

 

Brandon was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in July 2022

 

Prior to joining the team at Carter Dickens Lawyers, Brandon worked as a clerk at Albert Wolff Chambers gaining exposure to a series of complex criminal matters in the District Court and the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

 

Joining the team at Carter Dickens Lawyers as a volunteer law clerk in 2020, Brandon has had exposure to a number of areas of practice. In addition to representing clients in family law, Brandon practices in traffic and restraining orders matters and has represented clients in criminal matters in the Magistrate and District Courts. Brandon is also trained in conveyancing and assists clients in wills and estates matters.

 

Brandon is aware of the stress and experience clients experience when faced with the prospect of attending Court. Where possible, Brandon is passionate about empowering his clients and working towards resolving his client’s matters, whether it be family or restraining order related, without the need to proceed to litigation.

 

Brandon appreciates the emotional nature of legal matters and endeavours to take a personable and accessible approach to the law. Brandon is passionate about assisting clients in a variety of legal areas to ensure that they receive a fair and equitable result.
